Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QC Executive to perform packing and final quality checks for socks and hosiery products. The candidate should have basic knowledge of textile quality standards and should be able to identify product defects, ensure proper packing, and maintain quality records.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections of finished socks and hosiery products during the packing and final QC stages.
- Check product quality, size, colour, design, stitching, shape, finishing, pairing, and overall appearance.
- Inspect products for defects such as holes, loose threads, stains, uneven stitching, size variation, colour variation, and other quality issues.
- Verify correct product pairing, labels, tags, barcodes, quantity, and packing details as per approved specifications.
- Ensure that only approved and quality-checked products are cleared for packing and dispatch.
- Identify, segregate, and report defective or non-conforming products to the concerned team.
- Maintain daily QC inspection records, rejection details, and quality-related reports.
- Coordinate with the production, packing, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.
- Follow company quality standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Assist in reducing product defects and improving overall product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the socks, hosiery, garment, or textile manufacturing industry.
- Basic knowledge of textile materials, socks construction, quality standards, and inspection procedures.
- Ability to identify product and packing defects.
- Good observation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and QC documentation will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and as part of a team.
