· Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
· Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and internal teams.
· Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
· Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
· Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release activities.
· Ensure requirements are complete, clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives.
· Prepare and maintain product documentation, release notes, and user manuals.
Participate in product discussions and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
Skill / Expertise / Work background:
· 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software product or application development.
· Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
· Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
· Good understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
· Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Design, Development, QA, and Business stakeholders.
· Experience working on web and mobile application products is preferred.
Experience level: 2–5 years
Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Agile, Scrum, ECBA, CCBA, or similar Business Analysis certifications are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
