About the Role
Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and business finance support. The role is suited for someone who is detail-oriented, commercially aware, and able to support accurate financial operations for a growing consulting business.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Handle statutory compliance, tax filings, and audit support.

Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking.

Work with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data.

Assist in internal controls, process improvements, and documentation.

Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.
Required Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

Experience in financial reporting and bookkeeping.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, audit processes, and statutory filings.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Preferred Skills

Experience in IT services, consulting, or professional services.

Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
