URGENT HIRING – Quality Manager (Automotive Industry)
Location: Ecotech 2, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹9 – ₹11 LPA
Industry: Automotive (Mandatory)
Experience: 7–9 Years (Automotive Industry Only)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the complete Plant Quality function.
Handle customer quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
Manage Supplier Quality and Supplier Development activities.
Lead and supervise the entire Plant Quality team.
Drive process improvements and product quality enhancement initiatives.
Conduct and manage ISO 9001, IATF 16949 & OHSAS 18001 audits as a certified auditor.
Successfully handle customer audits and ensure compliance.
Strong knowledge of PPAP, OPL, Kaizen, APQP, FMEA, MSA & SPC.
Experience with ERP/SAP related to Supplier Quality Management.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement across the plant.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer complaint handling and problem-solving abilities.
Expertise in Supplier Quality Management & Supplier Development.
In-depth knowledge of Automotive Quality Systems and Core Tools.
Hands-on experience in audit management and quality compliance.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
