Roles & Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain project details, property features, pricing and offers to potential buyers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for interested customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and site visit schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate project information.
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports to the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Kannada.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and engage potential customers.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service
