Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales team — ensuring smooth coordination, timely follow-ups, and outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively with the sales team to provide seamless customer support
- Handle quote follow-ups and ensure timely closure of opportunities
- Manage enquiries on the Gem portal and convert them into potential business
- Respond to telephonic customer enquiries and provide prompt follow-ups
- Perform admin-related tasks including documentation, reporting, and record maintenance
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/sales dashboards regularly
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil ,English &
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM tools or GEM Portal will be an advantage
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
