Job Summary
ELMOT Alternators Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an ITI-qualified Electronics Technician with 1 - 2 years of experience in PCB assembly, soldering, testing, and troubleshooting. The candidate will support the production and quality teams by ensuring reliable assembly and testing of electronic PCBs used in alternator control and monitoring systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform PCB assembly activities including component mounting, soldering, and wiring.
- Read and understand PCB layouts, assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
- Conduct visual inspection of assembled PCBs for quality and workmanship.
- Test PCBs using multimeters, continuity testers, and other electronic test equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot component-level faults on PCBs.
- Carry out rework, component replacement, and repair activities when required.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain production and testing records accurately.
- Support engineers during prototype builds and product validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and production targets.
Required Qualifications
- ITI in Electronics Mechanic, Electrical, Electronics, or related trade.
- 1–2 years of experience in PCB assembly and testing.
- Knowledge of electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, and connectors.
- Experience in soldering and desoldering through-hole and SMD components.
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as multimeters and power supplies.
- Basic understanding of electronic circuits and troubleshooting techniques.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with quality inspection procedures.
- Ability to interpret basic circuit diagrams and schematics.
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
