Job Overview
Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible US Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting and bookkeeping activities for US clients, maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of US accounting processes, accounting software, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for US clients.
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain General Ledger and prepare journal entries.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements and financial reports.
- Review accounting records to identify discrepancies and errors.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
- Coordinate with US clients and internal teams regarding accounting-related queries.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting tasks.
- Assist with other accounting and finance-related activities as required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of US Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Good understanding of AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of US GAAP is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in US Accounting or Bookkeeping.
- Experience working with US clients will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
