About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Design Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing visually appealing and impactful presentations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys transforming ideas, reports, and data into professional corporate presentations.
The intern will work closely with our business, sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to create presentations for clients, internal meetings, proposals, and company branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design professional PowerPoint presentations for clients, sales pitches, business proposals, and company profiles.
- Convert raw content, Word documents, or PDFs into visually engaging presentation decks.
- Create infographics, icons, charts, timelines, and process flow diagrams.
- Ensure presentations align with the company's branding guidelines.
- Design presentations for recruitment, BPO services, staffing, IT services, and corporate meetings.
- Improve existing presentations by enhancing layouts, typography, color schemes, and visual hierarchy.
- Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, one-pagers, and social media creatives when required.
- Use AI-powered design tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand presentation requirements and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Maintain and organize a library of presentation templates and reusable design assets.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Canva.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual design.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to understand business content and present it visually.
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
Preferred Skills
- Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gamma AI, Beautiful.ai, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of animations and slide transitions.
- Experience designing pitch decks or corporate presentations is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Freshers and interns are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of PowerPoint presentations, Canva designs, or graphic design work will be preferred.
