About the Role
We're hiring enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to generate and manage leads for our co-working space services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the drive to hit daily targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Explain our co-working plans, pricing, and services clearly
- Follow up consistently with warm and interested leads
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits/tours for the sales team
- Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM/lead tracker
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate where needed
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team on client requirements
- Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, or Engineering
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
Language Requirements
- Tamil — Mandatory
- English — Basic to Good communication
