- Manage and supervise complete administrative operations of the company.
- Oversee office facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, security, transport, and canteen operations.
- Monitor office expenses and administrative budgets.
- Ensure smooth functioning of company infrastructure and utilities.
- Maintain company assets, inventory, and administrative records.
- Support statutory and compliance-related administrative activities.
- Lead and guide administrative staff and support teams.
- Prepare MIS reports, administrative reports, and monthly updates for management.
- Coordinate arrangements for meetings, events, audits, and visitor management.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 4–7 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Office Operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
