We are looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Executive to join our team.
Job Role:
- Welcome and assist visitors and candidates professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk queries
- Coordinate interview candidates with the HR team
- Maintain visitor records and reception area
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Manage office supplies and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and emails
- Presentable and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
