Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments including:
- Laser Hair Reduction (LHR)
- HydraFacial
- Medi-Facials
- Chemical Peels
- Carbon Peel
- Microneedling
- Radio Frequency (RF)
- HIFU and other skin rejuvenation treatments
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments under the guidance of the Aesthetic Physician/Dermatologist.
- Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare routines, and pre- & post-treatment care.
- Assist doctors during advanced aesthetic procedures whenever required.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sterilization, and infection control as per clinic SOPs.
- Handle and maintain aesthetic machines and equipment responsibly.
- Build strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
- Promote skincare products and treatment packages wherever appropriate.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Sales team to ensure a seamless client journey.
Eligibility
- Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic.
- Hands-on experience with laser and advanced skin treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, treatment protocols, and aesthetic devices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
