- Handle admission counseling and student enrollment activities.
- Make follow-up calls to prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate classroom activities and ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Manage batch scheduling, attendance, and student engagement.
- Generate new leads through various online and offline channels.
- Guide students regarding career opportunities and industry requirements.
- Coordinate with companies and recruiters for placement opportunities.
- Support students in interview preparation and placement activities.
- Maintain student databases, reports, and admission records.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure excellent student satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and student relationship management skills.
- 1 to 3 years Experience in admissions, telecalling, counseling, or EdTech sales.
- Lead generation and follow-up skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work on targets and achieve admission goals.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
