Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead field sales operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, team management skills, and the ability to drive revenue, expand new markets, and coach sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach 3–5 TSMs/ASMs/Sales Executives.
- Drive team revenue and sales targets across the region.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, partnerships, and other channels.
- Identify and develop new markets and business opportunities.
- Monitor team pipelines, sales activities, demos, conversions, and closures.
- Handle and close complex B2B deals involving multiple decision-makers.
- Build and implement repeatable sales processes and playbooks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure quality onboarding and customer retention.
- Travel within Chennai and nearby markets as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of field sales experience.
- At least 1 year of team management experience.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and field teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and travel.
- SaaS / PropTech / Real Estate / Hospitality sales experience will be preferred.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
