Roles and Responsibilities:
Good knowledge of any GDS like Amadeus,Galileo, etc
Contacting potential and existing customers over phone, emails and whatsapp.
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
Managing the sales process through dashboard and maintaining data in CRM
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Requirement:
Minimum 1 year experience in Ticketing role.
Good knowledge of any GDS tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
