About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Deputy Manager to support the leadership of our Accounting Service Center in Delhi.
This position requires more than strong accounting expertise. The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner and sparring partner to our international clients, combining technical accounting excellence, leadership capability, operational discipline, and a strong understanding of business processes.
The role is ideal for a finance professional who can seamlessly move between strategic oversight and detailed analysis while leading teams and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Support the Manager in the operational and strategic leadership of the Accounting Service Center.
- Lead, coach, and develop accounting teams to achieve high performance and service excellence.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all accounting and reporting services.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client focus.
Monitor workload allocation, resource planning, and operational efficiency
Client Partnership & Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to international clients.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including finance leadership and executive management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data and business performance.
- Support clients in resolving complex accounting, reporting, and process-related issues.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, including US GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant frameworks.
- Review and analyze financial statements, consolidations, and management reports.
Identify accounting risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
- Identify automation opportunities within accounting and reporting processes.
- Drive process optimization initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Support digital transformation projects and implementation of new technologies.
Promote data-driven decision-making and reporting excellence
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in accounting, finance, shared services, or business process outsourcing environments.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly from the United States and Europe, is highly desirable.
- · Strong knowledge of: US GAAP, IFRS, Financial Reporting, Consolidation Accounting & Internal Controls
- Experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
