NURSING SUPERINTENDENT
Location: Aditya World City, Ghaziabad

Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM; relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience: Relevant senior nursing administration experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise overall nursing operations.
- Ensure adequate nursing manpower and duty allocation.
- Monitor nursing standards and quality of patient care.
- Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
- Ensure compliance with nursing protocols and hospital SOPs.
- Monitor patient safety and infection-control practices.
- Conduct regular nursing audits and performance reviews.
- Train, guide and evaluate nursing staff.
- Handle nursing-related patient and operational concerns.
Preferred Candidate
- Strong experience in nursing administration.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of hospital nursing protocols.
- Ability to manage large nursing teams effectively.
