Role Overview
You will be on the ground — delivering, installing, and demonstrating medical equipment at patients' homes and institutions. You will also be the first point of contact for any technical queries from customers. This is a hands-on role that requires product knowledge, calm communication, and reliability.
What You Will Do
- Deliver medical equipment to patient homes and institutions across Delhi NCR
- Install and set up equipment: oxygen concentrators, BiPAP machines, hospital beds, monitors, and more
- Conduct live product demonstrations and patient/attendant training at the time of delivery
- Accompany vendor delivery teams initially to ensure 100% delivery quality and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer WhatsApp/call queries for equipment operation, settings, and troubleshooting
- Act as delivery and installation backup when vendor has stock but no delivery staff available
- Perform pre-dispatch quality checks on equipment before it leaves for customer
- Document delivery with photos and collect required paperwork (ID proof, acknowledgement)
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to vendor service team within defined SLA
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with medical equipment — servicing, delivery, or installation
- Should know oxygen concentrators, BiPAP/CPAP machines, and hospital beds at minimum
- ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Biomedical Equipment Technology, or related field preferred
- Comfortable riding a two-wheeler in Delhi NCR and available for daily field visits
- Calm and patient communication with elderly patients and caregivers — this is a care environment
- Owns a smartphone and is comfortable with WhatsApp for documentation and coordination
- Hindi fluency required; basic English for written communication
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
