Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented candidates to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDE) and Telecommunication Executives. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Explain products and services to prospective clients.
Generate and qualify leads from provided databases and marketing campaigns.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Update customer information and call records in CRM systems.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior sales, telecalling, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
