Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves field sales, client meetings, product presentations, account management, order negotiation, and participation in exhibitions and industry events. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to travel extensively to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. 2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through physical cold calling, networking, and social media. 3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs. 4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. 5. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. 6. Negotiate and conclude the orders. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. 8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. 9. Willingness to travel extensively. 10. Servicing its current accounts. 11. Any other tasks as suggested by the Management Team. Required Skills Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media. Strong presentation and product demonstration skills. Customer relationship management and account servicing skills. Market research and business development capabilities. Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Good planning, time management, and organizational skills. Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments. Problem-solving and customer feedback analysis skills. Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an added advantage. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, business development, and exhibitions. Valid driving license (preferred, if applicable). Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
