Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates for the Logistics & PPC (Production Planning & Control) Department. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, maintaining inventory records, planning production schedules, and ensuring smooth material flow and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatch, transportation, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain records of inward and outward materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movement.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams.
- Prepare logistics-related reports and documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper material handling.
PPC (Production Planning & Control) Responsibilities
- Assist in production planning and scheduling activities.
- Monitor production progress and update reports regularly.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and stores departments.
- Maintain production data, MIS reports, and planning sheets.
- Ensure availability of raw materials as per production plans.
- Support in improving production efficiency and workflow.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Educational Qualification
- B. Com / M. Com from a recognized university.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresher or candidates with experience in logistics, stores, supply chain, or PPC functions.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and production processes will be an advantage.
