A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for helping customers buy, sell, or invest in residential and commercial properties. The role focuses on generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand clients' property requirements and budget.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Schedule and accompany clients on site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers until the sale is closed.
- Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales manager and documentation team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for referrals.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Good negotiation and customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, banking, insurance, or real estate is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,946.88 - ₹30,000.00 per month
