Mayaahi Resort is seeking a reliable and proactive Pool Maintenance & General Maintenance Staff (Residential Role | Food & Accomodation will be provided) member to oversee the upkeep, safety, and operational efficiency of the resort's swimming pools and related facilities. While the primary responsibility of this role is pool maintenance, the selected candidate will also assist in the overall maintenance and upkeep of the resort property, ensuring that all facilities remain in excellent condition for guests and staff.
Candidates with experience in electrical and/or plumbing works will have a distinct advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesPool Maintenance
- Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools, pool decks, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor and maintain pool water quality, including testing and adjusting chemical levels as required.
- Operate, inspect, and maintain pool pumps, filtration systems, and other pool-related equipment.
- Identify and report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance issues.
- Maintain records of pool inspections, maintenance activities, and chemical usage.
General Property Maintenance
- Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of resort buildings, guest areas, landscaping-related utilities, and common facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of the property's infrastructure.
- Attend to minor repairs and maintenance requirements across the resort.
- Support electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance activities as required.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in pool maintenance, facility maintenance, hotel/resort maintenance, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of pool systems, water treatment, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to perform physical work and handle maintenance tools and equipment safely.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Plumbing repairs and installations
- Pump, motor, and water circulation system maintenance
- Resort, hotel, or facility maintenance operations

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
