Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Distribution
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure product availability across the territory.
- Expand distribution reach and improve market penetration.
- Ensure effective execution of sales and distribution strategies.
Store-wise Volume Planning
- Develop and implement store-level sales plans to maximize productivity and volume growth.
- Monitor outlet-wise performance and identify growth opportunities.
Market Coverage
- Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets and distributors.
- Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and stock availability at stores.
Conceptual Selling
- Implement effective selling techniques to promote products and strengthen customer engagement.
- Deliver customized sales approaches based on market requirements.
Accounts Receivable Management
- Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and retailers.
- Maintain healthy receivable cycles and support business cash flow.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
Brand Development
- Support local promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Enhance brand visibility and priority in the assigned market.

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Distribution, or Field Marketing, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
- Experience in distributor handling and store-level sales operations is preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving market share.
