Job Summary
We are looking for a Fashion Consultant to assist customers in selecting outfits, provide styling advice, and deliver an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of fashion, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in choosing clothing, sarees, blouses, kurtas, and accessories.
- Understand customer preferences and provide styling recommendations.
- Maintain product knowledge, including fabrics, fits, sizes, and trends.
- Handle customer queries on calls and through WhatsApp.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
- Ensure merchandise is well-organized and displayed attractively.
- Coordinate with the inventory and operations team for stock availability.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail or apparel sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment styling.
- Customer-centric attitude and sales-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in women's ethnic wear.
- Ability to create complete styling looks for customers.
- Knowledge of social media and online customer interaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
