Vendor Co-ordinator Studded-MSO (L3-L4)
Job Description
Understand current jewellery sourcing processes and enhance vendor performance by simplifying workflows to achieve shorter lead times. Coordinate with vendors to fulfill both their requirements and company expectations, ensuring consistent performance in delivery.
1.Ensure the KPI Performance including Quality, DDP,LT,IHD & DWM Dashboard.
2.Coordination with vendor partners for smooth delivery , Reduction on lead time , PO age and inventory holding days.
3.Identification of process bottle necks and provide suitable solution.
4.Coordination with QC,QA and Logistic team for smooth flow.
5. Co ordinate with vendor to reduce excess inventory (Findings / Diamonds / color stones)
6.Solving Orcale related issues in co-ordination with IT and Software team.
Internal Stake Holder
Vendor Partners , Merchandise , SCM , Planning Team , QC & QA Team , Logistic LGD & HM Center Team ,Post Production Team
Education ,Relevant Experience & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering(preferred) or others.
- Min 2–4 years of experience in Vendor coordination, merchandising, or production planning (experience in jewellery).
- Familiarity with the jewellery manufacturing process.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel & Powerpoint.

- Attention to detail with excellent data handling skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Working knowledge of Oracle systems, LAVA ,Power BI and spreadsheets.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing timelines.
