Job Summary
The Onboarding and Hiring Executive is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment and Onboarding of new personnel, primarily focusing on armed guards, drivers, and custodians. This role ensures that all new hires meet strict security clearance standards, are thoroughly trained in cash handling logistics, and are effectively integrated into the company culture, ensuring a seamless start to their roles.

Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)
High-Volume Sourcing: Source, screen, and interview candidates for armoured car crew members.
Compliance & Vetting: Ensure all candidates pass rigid background checks, security clearances, and licensing requirements (e.g., weapon permits).
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with branch manager to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment to meet operational demands.
Offer Management: Facilitate the hiring process from candidate selection to acceptance.
Onboarding & Induction
End-to-End Coordination: Manage the onboarding process from signed offer to productivity, ensuring a "world-class" experience.
Orientation & Training: Conduct induction sessions covering company policies, safety protocols, secure cash handling procedures, and operational compliance.
Documentation Management: Gather, verify, and store all required HR documents, employment contracts, and compliance paperwork.
Equipment & Logistics: Coordinate with Regional HR Team to ensure new hires have uniforms, identification, equipment, and IT access on their first day.
Administrative & Compliance
HRIS Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Safety & Security Focus: Act as a subject matter expert on compliance, ensuring all new hires understand security obligations in a secure, high-stakes logistics environment.
Feedback & Process Improvement: Gather feedback from new hires to enhance the onboarding experience and process efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Previous work experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist, Recruiter, or in a high-volume staffing role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Security Mindset: Familiarity with background screening procedures and compliance standards.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate company procedures clearly.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and high-volume hiring simultaneously.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
