Roles & Responsibilities
- Support students throughout their academic journey.
- Handle student queries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve learner concerns.
- Maintain student records and documentation accurately.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely follow-ups.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and support experience.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and learner satisfaction.
- Assist in process improvements and quality checks.
- Build positive relationships with students and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Student Support, Customer Support, Academic Coordination, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for delivering exceptional learner experiences.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
