Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electric forklifts.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in motors, controllers, inverters, contactors, relays, and wiring.
- Troubleshoot battery systems, chargers, BMS (Battery Management System), and electrical circuits.
- Inspect and maintain AC/DC motors, sensors, switches, and safety devices.
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and troubleshoot control circuits.
- Replace defective electrical components and ensure proper machine operation.
- Carry out battery maintenance, charging, watering (lead-acid), and health checks.
- Test forklifts after repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
