Requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Acquire new clients and expand business with existing customers.
- Promote the company’s freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Prepare and negotiate freight rates, quotations, and proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping lines, and agents.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in shipping or logistics sales.
- Prior experience with freight forwarding, NVOCC, or shipping line sales preferred.
