Role & responsibilities
- Promote chemical waterproofing products such as liquid membranes, coatings, injection grouts, sealants, and admixtures.
- Identify and develop new customers including builders, contractors, consultants, architects and developers.
- Conduct site visit, clients meetings, and products presentations.
- Generate enquires, prepare quotations, and follow up to convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with technical and execution teams for product demos and site support.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Achieve assigned marketing and sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on client visits, enquires and sales progress.
- Support branding activities, exhibitions and promotional campaigns.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 02 years of experience in sales, construction, or waterproofing industry.
- Basic knowledge of construction and waterproofing systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
