Job Summary
A leading chain restaurant is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve operational and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise and lead the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate restaurant staff.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Control food and labor costs to meet budget targets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a chain restaurant, hotel, or casual dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and cost control.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
