About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR & Sales Intern who will support both talent acquisition activities and subscription sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain exposure in human resources while also developing strong business development and sales skills in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding activities for new interns/employees
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms
Sales / Business Development Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company subscription plans to students, job seekers, and institutions
- Generate leads through online platforms, networking, and outreach
- Conduct follow-ups with potential customers to convert leads into paid subscriptions
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the company
- Maintain sales records and report progress regularly
- Understand customer needs and effectively pitch subscription benefits
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR or recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
- Confidence in sales, pitching, and negotiation
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage HR + sales responsibilities
