**Job Title: Hotel Manager – Tripli Hotels, Namanse Manali**

**Role Description**
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the overall operations of our property at Namanse, Manali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily hotel operations, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, driving revenue performance, and leading cross-functional teams including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities**
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments, acting as the primary operations lead for the property. Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores and handle escalations effectively. Manage staff performance, scheduling, hiring, and training. Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and service quality benchmarks. Keep an oversight view on pricing and OTA listings, flagging and coordinating with the central team if anything is inconsistent with portal standards — while the core focus remains on running full property operations. Control costs and monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability (GOP focus). Coordinate with central teams for sales, marketing, and technology implementation. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
**Qualifications**
Graduate in Hotel Management is mandatory. Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Hotel Manager. Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. Good understanding of hotel operations, OTA platforms, and PMS systems. Ability to manage operations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours.
