Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative work.
- Maintain records, files, and office documents properly.
- Handle calls, emails, and staff coordination.
- Manage attendance, schedules, and office reports.
- Coordinate with different departments and employees.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Assist management in administrative tasks and reporting.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional behavior and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
