Comorin Solar is seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Business Development Manager to Growth Expansion across South Kerala. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the solar industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and order closures.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, ROI calculations, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Assist customers with subsidy applications, net metering, and related documentation.
- Provide technical and commercial clarifications during customer discussions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and submit regular revenue forecasts and reports to management.
- Drive business growth and achieve monthly sales and project targets.
- Lead and support sales teams across multiple branches.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with channel partners, referral networks, and key customers.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Proven work experience in the Kerala solar industry.
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South Kerala.
