Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, visiting companies, and representing JP Healthcare to expand our brand partnerships and sales network.
The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify and connect with new cosmetic brands, startups, and potential clients for third-party manufacturing.
✅ Visit companies, offices, exhibitions, and networking events to generate business leads.
✅ Present JP Healthcare’s manufacturing capabilities, product range, and services to prospects.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
✅ Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and quotations.
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✅ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
✅ Represent the company professionally during meetings and business discussions.
✅ Maintain reports of client meetings, leads, and conversions.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
✔ 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (cosmetic/pharma industry preferred).
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
✔ Confident personality with strong presentation skills.
✔ Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience in B2B sales or third-party manufacturing industry.
⭐ Knowledge of cosmetic products and market trends.
⭐ Networking and relationship-building ability.
