Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Media & Creative Skills Trainer to educate and mentor students in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Camera Operations, Video Editing, and Acting. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, practical experience, and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions that prepare students for real-world careers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Camera Handling, Video Editing, and Acting.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments.
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to students.
- Demonstrate industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize workshops, projects, and practical activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Support students in building portfolios and professional skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Digital Marketing
- Graphic Design
- Photography/Videography
- Video Editing
- Acting and Media Performance
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching, training, or mentoring experience.
- Industry certifications in Digital Marketing, Design, or Media Production.
- Professional portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Experience working in creative agencies, media production, or digital marketing environments.
