Role: Admin Executive
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Role Overview:
As an Admin Executive / Admin Officer, you will manage end-to-end administrative and facility operations across the corporate office, warehouses, and retail stores, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, cost control, and a safe, well-maintained workplace. The role involves overseeing facility management, travel and logistics coordination, vendor management, reimbursements, housekeeping, and asset administration, while closely collaborating with HR, Finance, Operations, and external service partners to support business continuity and growth.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of administration and facility management
- Experience managing multi-location offices, warehouses, and retail setups
- Vendor management, negotiation, and cost optimisation skills
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a cost-conscious mindset Ability to multitask and handle operational pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic MIS reporting
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PG Diploma preferred)
- 3–4 years of experience in Administration, Facilities, or Office Management
- Experience in retail, warehouse, or multi-location operations is an added advantage Must be proactive, organised, and solution-oriented
KPIS (KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS)
- Smooth functioning of the office, warehouse, and retail administration
- Facility uptime and issue resolution timelines
- Travel cost control and reporting accuracy
- Vendor service quality and SLA adherence
- Timely reimbursement processing
- Asset accuracy and audit compliance
- Workplace hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
