Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer with strong expertise in dashboard development, performance optimization, and data visualization. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and revamping dashboards, implementing security controls, and leading a team while interacting with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Revamp existing dashboards to improve usability, performance, and user experience.
- Implement and manage Level of Detail (LOD) calculations and advanced Tableau functionalities.
- Optimize dashboard performance and troubleshoot reporting issues.
- Configure and manage user groups, roles, and security permissions.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business insights.
- Lead and mentor junior team members and ensure best practices are followed.
Required Skills
- 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Tableau Development.
- Strong expertise in Dashboard Development, Dashboard Revamp, and Performance Optimization.
- Experience with LOD Expressions, Calculated Fields, Parameters, and Filters.
- Knowledge of Tableau Security and User Group Management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead a team and guide junior developers.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in Insurance or Banking domain projects.
- Exposure to data modeling and BI reporting best practices.
