- Provide specialized nursing care to CTVS patients (pre and post-op)
- Monitor patients' hemodynamics, ventilator status, and chest drains
- Assist CTVS surgeons and anesthetists during procedures
- Manage medications, fluids, and blood transfusions
- Educate patients and families on post-op care
- Participate in CTVS rounds and MDT discussions
