Job Summary
We are looking for a System Administrator with 1–2 years of experience to provide end-user IT support and maintain desktop and laptop systems. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity issues.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and preventive checks.
- Maintain IT asset records and support user onboarding/offboarding.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and printer support.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in System Administration or Desktop Support.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
