- HR Management:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training for medical staff, and administrative personnel.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Develop HR policies, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Handle employee relations, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution.
- Administrative Management:
- Oversee clinic front-desk operations, patient scheduling systems, and overall office workflow.
- Manage vendor contracts, procurement of medical/office supplies, and inventory management.
- Maintain facility standards, including health and safety protocols (e.g., hygiene, infection control).
- Coordinate with department heads to streamline operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration.
- Experience: 10+ years in HR/Admin, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
- Skills: Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and labor laws. Proficient in MS Office/HRIS systems. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
