Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil Engg
Experience
- Minimum 5 to Maximum 8 years' of experience in estimation, tendering, or cost engineering.
- Experience in commercial buildings, infrastructure, industrial.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
- Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in EPC / Infrastructure / Smart Building projects.
- Familiarity with tendering processes in government or private sector projects.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
