Job Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
5 Days working (Week Off can be Mid week or Weekend as per roster)
Education : BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guests inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
- Coordinate with reservations, operations, and housekeeping teams to provide accurate updates and information.
- Manage check-in/check-out coordination via PMS and ensure all necessary arrangements are communicated clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest communications, bookings, and transactions.
- Address queries, complaints, issues resolutions or special requests with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Monitor and update internal logs and databases to ensure all information is up to date.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as email follow-ups, document preparation, and report generation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
