Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 2nd Saturday Off) || All Sunday Off
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive / Content Creator who is passionate about content creation, social media trends, and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate should be confident on camera, have excellent copywriting skills, and be capable of creating engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and carousel posts.
- Write compelling video scripts, social media captions, Meta ad copies, and landing page content.
- Appear confidently on camera for videos and manage video shoots.
- Publish content consistently across social media platforms.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase audience engagement and follower growth.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Manage and optimize platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or a similar role.
- Strong content writing, copywriting, and scriptwriting skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting videos.
- Basic video editing knowledge.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of social media strategies and content planning.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
