Qualification:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 6 months to 1 year of site experience in civil construction preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily site execution and supervision.
- Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and project teams.
- Maintain site records and prepare daily progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.
- Support material planning and site measurements.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of civil construction practices.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
