Knack To Create is looking for a passionate and creative Long-Form Video Editor who understands that great editing is more than just cutting clips it is about building stories, emotions, and keeping audiences engaged.
We create content across multiple formats including YouTube videos, podcasts, reactions, gaming content, interviews, talking-head videos, and entertainment-based content. We are looking for someone who can transform raw footage into high-retention videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and visual impact.
About the Role
As a Long-Form Video Editor, you will be responsible for taking raw footage and turning it into engaging, polished content. You should understand audience psychology, know when to speed up or slow down a moment, and create edits that keep viewers watching till the end.
This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to experiment with different editing styles while maintaining quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, reactions, gaming, and entertainment content
- Create engaging intros, trailers, and hooks that capture viewer attention
- Improve storytelling through pacing, cuts, transitions, and visual flow
- Add professional sound design, background music, and audio enhancements
- Apply color correction, grading, typography, and visual styling
- Use graphics, B-roll, animations, and effects to enhance viewer experience
- Understand audience retention and optimize videos for better watch time
- Work with feedback and deliver projects within deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of video editing experience
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Comfortable with motion graphics
- Strong eye for pacing, cuts, and visual storytelling
- Someone who communicates well, takes feedback constructively, and delivers consistently

Nice to have: After Effects experience. Not a dealbreaker
What we offer:

- Salary range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month
