Role:
We are looking for an experienced Interview & Employability Coach to train students for placements through interactive sessions on communication, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sessions on interview preparation and employability skills.
- Train students in communication, presentation, group discussions, and professional etiquette.
- Conduct mock HR interviews and provide feedback.
- Guide students on resume building, LinkedIn profiles, and corporate expectations.
- Help students build confidence for campus and corporate placements.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Training, L&D, or Placement Training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
Compensation: Session-based remuneration (negotiable).
